  Service: UPVC patio door lock repair Communication: I emailed the company during the night and we received a call the following morning to arrange an appointment for the following day Service delivery: Billy was punctual. His lovely personality was immediately evident. He demonstrated knowledge, expertise and dedication whilst working and he ensured that we understood the cause of the problem and the reason for his plan of action. He price was reasonable and we would definitely use this company in future. 1 suggestion: Use shoe covers on entering homes

  Had new windows fitted today by A1 Window Fix and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was professional, clean, and stress-free. A special mention has to go to the fitter, Rohail Aslam — an absolute credit to the company. His workmanship was first class; precise, thorough, and clearly the work of someone who takes real pride in what he does. The finish is immaculate. But what made the day genuinely enjoyable was his sense of humour — brilliant banter throughout, put the whole household at ease, and made what can be a disruptive job feel effortless. The kind of tradesman you actually look forward to having in your home. If you’re in the Wolverhampton area and need windows fitted, look no further. A1 Window Fix deliver exactly what the name promises — and Rohail is the reason you’ll be recommending them to everyone you know. Outstanding service. Will 100% be using them again.
